Beer Making 101 - Basics Become an amateur brewmaster by learning the process of brewing & bottling. Work in teams of 3 and make 4 gallons of beer (about 1 3/4 cases). Come back 3 weeks later and bottle your own beer.

Beer Making 102 - All Grain Brewing Learn the process of all grain brewing. Work with specialty and base malts, without extract. This is a more technical class which focuses on extracting sugars from the grains. Pre-requisite: Beer 101.
